John N Cooper International Award

The John N Cooper International Service Award started in 2024 and honours the remarkable legacy of John, who made lasting friendships due to his dedication to the Boys Brigade.

 

This International Service Award was designed in collaboration with Monday Okorie, John's close friend and his company from Nigeria, with a new programme and workbook being established.

 

This award celebrates the achievements of boys and girls engaged in community service, adventure, religious education, and self-development. Participants work diligently towards programme outcomes, and those that excel are recognised with the prestigious award badge at an annual ceremony.

 

This initiative reflects John's commitment to nurturing global connections and inspiring the next generation.
